X3 Workplace SafetyTwelve Products · One Safety Loop

Every Safety Job Has an Owner.Twelve Products. One Loop.

Workplace safety is not one job. It is knowing what OSHA expects, finding the hazards, controlling them, preparing your people and learning from what goes wrong. X3 Workplace Safety gives each of those jobs its own product and connects them in the order the work happens.

Twelve Safety Jobs. Twelve Binders. Nobody Sees the Whole Picture.

The hazard assessment is in one binder and the training records are in another. The inspection sheets are on a clipboard, the SDS book is in the break room and the corrective actions from the last incident are in someone’s inbox. Every piece exists. Nothing connects the finding to the fix, or the fix to the proof.

Safety fails in the gaps between the binders. X3 closes the gaps.

Straight Answers

Questions About the Family.

Have one that is not here? Ask X3, or write to us and a person will answer.

A white hard hat resting on top of a closed black three-ring binder, with a red lockout padlock leaning against the binder's spine
Do I need all twelve products?
No. Every product works on its own and owns one job. Most sites start with the step that hurts most, then add the product on either side of it.
Where should I start?
Start where the last problem was. A citation points to X3 OSHA. A close call points to X3 Hazards or X3 Incidents. A failed guard points to X3 Critical Controls. The safety loop on this page shows which product owns which job.
What is X3 Sentinel?
Sentinel is the optional command view. It reads the open signals from the other eleven products and shows leaders what needs attention, where it came from and who owns it. No specialist product requires it.
How is this related to X3 Fleet Safety?
Same family, same Ask X3. X3 Fleet Safety covers DOT and FMCSA for carriers. X3 Workplace Safety covers OSHA for the people inside the building.
What can I use today?
Create your account and choose the products you need, or all twelve. Your records are saved, and one sign-in opens every product you pay for.
How does pricing work?
One product is $99 a month for your first 50 employees, then $2 a month for each employee after that. All twelve products are $399 a month for your first 50 employees, then $8 a month for each employee after that. Pay for a year and two months are free. Cancel any time.
Does X3 replace my safety professional?
No. X3 organizes the work and keeps it owned. Qualified people at your site decide what applies, what is safe and what gets reported.
